The bed was a little on the thin side, but not lumpy or sagging. However, there were only two pieces of linen per bed (a sheet and a comforter).
The bathroom was clean, though the sink was not firmly attached to the wall (not solid and 100% secure, but not falling off, either).
There was even a washing machine and drier for those who needed it, with no "laundromat" within 30 miles, according to Google Maps.
The A/C worked well.

The floor was carpeted and clean as far as I could tell. No odors.
Great Motel. Pilot Car Alert. Great price, great value. If you stay in Freer, my advice is to stay here.
The shower water at 830 AM was not hot.....but not cold either. Just warm.

The room was large and had a nice decor, with clean walls, two beds, a desk, computer chair, two other chairs (clean chairs), a mirror, lamps, a 27-30 inch flat panel tv, microwave, and fridge.
All in all, I would recommend this motel to the budget-minded traveler. It's your standard motor lodge, with a covered front porch area, and clean rooms, with all of your basic necessities, no frills and no unwanted surprises.
