Later on I discovered that the fridge doesn't work very well and the stuff in the fridge is pretty much warm. But didn't bother telling the idiot behind the desk, because well...he's an idiot and would only be wasting my time.
Then tried to do laundry and the dryer wouldn't dry. Told the same people up front and again they argued many times. Saying it’s impossible that there pile of crap dryer doesn't work. They even said that I have to put money in the dryer. I've never been so insulted. Then I told them not to accuse me of not putting money in their dryer. Then they went even further by calling my room to tell me that the dryer is working and that I have to put money in it. I told them to stop accusing me of not paying a $1 fee for a dryer cycle, ignorant employees/owners. I went back to the dryer after 2 cycles and again still wet. The lady up front (the owner’s wife), said there's nothing she could do to help. She said they couldn't put my cloths in there commercial dryer. Probably because they were too busy NOT cleaning their filthy hotel and NOT maintaining the hospitality of their other 3 guests. Furthermore, the lady said that I "suck!" I said that's an excellent business approach. Then the male owner came out yelling and threatened to call the police and was going to kick us out, and would fine the room $300....I guess because I complained. No cops were called, no fine was posted on the bill….what a B!!!
Don't Stay Here!!! Keep Driving!! So I rented a room with a kitchen and then discovered the room has zero kitchen supplies. No pots, no pans, no silverware, no utensils of any kind, not even paper towels. Not to mention no dish soap or dish cloths to wash the stuff that's not in the room. There wasn't even a standard coffee pot in the room.
I spoke to the 2 people who are failing to run this place. They actually argued and said that no hotels anywhere provide that for their guest. So I of course argued back and informed the misinformed "manager" that this is the only hotel with kitchenettes that don't include things to cook with. I went on to say that it’s assumed that if you are going to charge guests an extra $20/ night for a room advertised with a kitchen that it should come with those items. He continued to argue....which only makes sense. Argue with your guests...that's probably why there's no one in your hotel.
The main entrance to the hotel had large cockroaches that greeted everyone all week long. I found large grasshoppers and other bug inside the room, apparently that’s free of charge. I will be recommending my corporation to remove this place off the approved list, and will NOT be returning. I bet this "hotel" gets closed down soon.
