Nelda has been cutting hair for at least 20 years. She's consistent, and has only had a slight increase in her hair cut price. I don't know about coloring hair, but I'd rather come back to Freer and have Nelda cut my hair in layers than to try newer, fancier, high priced salons. And she's always been a sweet lady.
